In-person fitness classes are back


We’ve been waiting a long time, but are so pleased that our classes are now back and you can join in, in person, socially distanced of course.


Uplifting Anusara Yoga

Wanting to learn the downward dog or how to hold the tree pose? If so then, great news –yoga will be returning on 17th May from 12:15 to 13:10 in The Hub Suite 14.

Uplifting Anusara Yoga will be every Monday with Andrea. The class creates a steadiness that will help carry students through life’s challenges, on and off the mat. If this is your first session, you will need to complete a health questionnaire before the class, which Andrea will send to you.

To book a block of 5 classes online you can visit You can also turn up on the day and pay as you go for just £8, with a £1 donation included that goes to our charity of the year . Andrea can take contactless payments on the day.


Fit in 30 and Stretch and Define

On the 27th May we have two new classes starting. Firstly, Fit in 30 with Jenny. In just 30 minutes during your lunch break, Jenny will boost your energy levels with some cardio exercise. This is from 12:15 – 12:45.

If you then want another class, Jenny will be hosting Stretch and Define from 13:00 – 13:30.

Both classes are taking place under The Hangar and will be every Thursday. Whether you want to join Jenny for just one or both of the classes is fine either way.
