Farnborough Business Park is a full partner member of the Community Matters Partnership (CMP)

The 2015 focus theme for CMP is to ‘Raise aspirations of young people in Rushmoor’.

As part of this focus, we have been in touch with TechStart who are an innovative social enterprise providing computers, IT training and skills, volunteering and employment opportunities for the local community. TechStart ‘recycle’ unwanted pc’s, laptops, servers, networking equipment, printers & accessories from businesses in Rushmoor. http://www.techstart.org.uk/

We see this as a great way for companies to dispose of their unwanted items which still have a use in a very rewarding way to help the community. We can arrange for the collection of your unwanted office hardware which we will schedule for a set day.

TechStart are a Microsoft Registered Refurbisher and they carry out complete data destruction using specialist software and hardware and maintain an ethical re-use policy. For anyone that requires them, TechStart can provide waste transfer notes, data deletion certificates and copies of their WEEE registration documentation.

If you would like to participate please contact Deborah Hayhoe (details below) so that she can co-ordinate the initiative. In the meantime, take a look at the list below to see if you have any of these items you can donate. We appreciate your valued support.
